NRI home construction in Pune: a practical guide for NRIs

The first brief is a 90-minute video call. We walk the site on a phone camera, you see it, you ask questions, we sketch the plan in real time. Three calls later, the plan is in.

The plan is the same whether you're in Pune or in Boston.

If you have a local friend or relative who can visit the site once a month, that's the ideal. We share a site report, with photographs, after every visit. If not, our site engineer visits and we share the report and photographs with you directly.

On every milestone (plinth, ground floor slab, first floor slab, brickwork complete, plaster complete, finish handover), we do a video walkthrough on a call. You see the progress, you ask questions, we answer them in real time.

The handover is timed to coincide with one of your visits. We complete the final snag list, the deep clean, and the handover file in person.
