The three kinds of renovation we do
One: interior-only - modular kitchen, false ceiling, wardrobes, bathrooms, paint. Two: structural - adding floors, removing walls, building a new stair, opening up a floor plan. Three: full redevelopment - knock down, rebuild. We do all three, with the right team for each.

The handover and after
On handover, you get a 1-year defect-liability commitment on all interior work and a 10-year workmanship warranty on structural and waterproofing. If something we did fails in that window, we come back and fix it - no invoice, no debate.

Can you add a floor to my existing bungalow?

Yes, with a structural feasibility study first. Most Pune and Baramati bungalows can take a G+1 addition if the existing structure was designed for it.
