The short version: we collect only what you send us when you enquire, we use it to answer and build for you, and we never sell it. The details, in plain language:
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, plot or project location, and any text you send through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email. If you use a calculator on this site, your inputs stay in your browser — the tools do not send your numbers to us.
Like most websites, we also collect basic anonymous analytics (pages visited, rough location, device type) to understand which guides people actually read. This is not tied to your identity.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, prepare a written quotation, and — if you become a client — to service your construction project and statutory paperwork (agreements, permissions, payments). We use your details for exactly these purposes and nothing else.
Who else sees it
Nobody we don't tell you about. We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that keep this site and our communications running (hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging), and only to the extent they need it. Government authorities see your details only when you instruct us to file something on your behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while they remain relevant to you (typically a few years). If you sign a construction agreement with us, project records — drawings, quotations, payment and correspondence history — are retained for the period Indian law expects a builder to keep contract records.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Write to [email protected] and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the guides or calculators.
Third-party links
Pages here link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social profiles and government portals (MahaRERA, PMRDA, etc.). Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy practices apply, not ours.
