Interior design in Pune & Baramati - kitchens, wardrobes and full homes.
A 3D drawing is a promise; the carpentry is the delivery. We design interiors and execute them with our own supervisors, so the modular kitchen you approved is the kitchen that gets installed - on the date in the contract.

01
What an interior project costs in 2026
For a 2BHK of about 900 sqft, full-home interiors run ₹5.5-9 lakh on a laminate-and-BWP spec and ₹11-18 lakh on an acrylic, veneer and stone spec. A 3BHK of about 1,400 sqft lands at ₹9-15 lakh standard and ₹18-30 lakh premium. Per-item bands: modular kitchen ₹1,250-2,400 per running foot (₹3,000+ for handle-less acrylic), wardrobe ₹1,150-2,000 per sqft laminate and ₹1,800-3,000 acrylic, false ceiling ₹70-130 per sqft POP and ₹95-170 gypsum, painting with putty and primer ₹22-40 per sqft, TV unit ₹15,000-55,000, pooja unit ₹18,000-60,000. These are our own contracted 2026 bands for Pune and Baramati, not a marketplace listing - the rate card page carries the same numbers with the source and date on every line.
02
Design fee vs turnkey interiors
There are two ways to buy interiors, and mixing them is how budgets break. In a design-only engagement we charge ₹65-150 per sqft (or 8-10% of the interior value) for drawings, 3D views and a BOQ, and you execute with your own carpenter. In a turnkey engagement the design fee is absorbed into the execution quote, and we own the carpentry, the hardware, the electrical points, the ceiling, the paint and the handover date. If you already have a carpenter you trust, take the design-only route - we will hand over a dimensioned BOQ you can tender. If you want one number and one date, take turnkey.
03
The four decisions that set the price
First, carcass material: BWP plywood is the only safe choice in Maharashtra's monsoon belt for kitchen and wardrobe carcasses; MR plywood saves 20-25% and fails at the first leak. Second, hardware: Hettich, Hafele or Blum soft-close channels and hinges add 8-12% to the quote and are the difference between a shutter that aligns in year five and one that does not. Third, shutter finish: laminate is the value option, acrylic and PU are the premium, and both cost more in maintenance than in material. Fourth, scope creep at site: a wardrobe sized after the plaster is a wardrobe that does not fit - we measure the finished site, not the drawing.
04
Interiors for a house we did not build
About a third of our interior briefs are in homes built by someone else, and the first job there is a site audit, not a mood board. We check the slab level, the electrical point positions, the plumbing chase, the wall plumb and the door swing before quoting, because a false ceiling hides a bad slab but a wardrobe door does not. Where the existing work blocks a design, we say so in writing before the quote rather than discovering it on installation day.
05
Baramati and the district brief
Baramati is our home base, and the brief here differs from Pune city in three ways. Plot sizes are larger, so bungalows often have a spare room that becomes a study or a guest room rather than a fourth bedroom - the interior plan has to answer what that room is for. Second, dust and heat are harder on finishes, so we spec exterior-grade laminates on the road-facing side and avoid white PU in west-facing rooms. Third, families here often want the pooja room, the storage and the kitchen weighted ahead of the living-room showpiece, and we plan the budget in that order. We work across Baramati, Jalochi, MIDC, Malegaon, Kuruli, Tandulwadi and the wider taluka.
06
How the project runs
A 2BHK interior project runs 35-50 days from the first measurement to handover: one week for drawings and material selection, one week for carpentry at our workshop, and the balance for ceiling, electrical, paint, installation and snag-fixing. You get a written BOQ with brand-level specifications (not 'branded'), a milestone payment schedule, weekly photographs, and a snag list closed before the final payment. Nothing is bought on your behalf without an approved line item.

How much does interior design cost in Pune in 2026?
+
Design-only fees are ₹65-150 per sqft or 8-10% of the interior value. Turnkey interiors for a 2BHK of about 900 sqft run ₹5.5-9 lakh on a laminate spec and ₹11-18 lakh premium; a 3BHK of about 1,400 sqft runs ₹9-15 lakh standard and ₹18-30 lakh premium.
Do you provide interior design in Baramati?
+
Yes - Baramati is our home base. We design and execute modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceiling, TV and pooja units, painting and full-home interiors across Baramati, Jalochi, MIDC, Malegaon, Kuruli and Tandulwadi, with our own supervisors on site.
What is the rate for a modular kitchen in Pune?
+
₹1,250-2,400 per running foot for a laminate finish and ₹3,000+ per running foot for handle-less acrylic. The band moves with carcass material (BWP plywood, not MR), hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum) and countertop (granite, quartz or solid surface).
Is false ceiling included in interior design?
+
It is a separate line item, not part of the design fee. POP runs ₹70-130 per sqft and gypsum ₹95-170 per sqft, with designer and grid patterns at ₹180-320 per sqft. We quote the ceiling with the electrical points it will hide, because the two are one decision.
Can you do interiors if another contractor built my house?
+
Yes, and about a third of our interior briefs are in homes built by others. We start with a site audit of slab level, electrical points, plumbing chases, wall plumb and door swings, then quote. Any existing-work constraint is listed in writing before the quote.
How long does a 2BHK interior project take?
+
35-50 days from final measurement to handover, including drawings, carpentry at our workshop, ceiling, electrical, paint, installation and snag-fixing. The date goes into the contract, with the same delay-penalty clause we use for construction.
What warranty do you give on interiors?
+
One year on workmanship and on installation, plus the manufacturer's warranty on hardware and appliances passed to you in the handover file. Carcass plywood and modular hardware carry the brand's own warranty, documented in the same file.
