A Baramati practice, built on the plot.

Arsa Construction was founded in Baramati in 2017 by an architect-builder. We are now active across 36 towns in Pune, Baramati and Western Maharashtra - bungalows, villas, walk-ups, PEB warehouses, interiors. The model is the same as it was on day one: a soil test, an architect, a structural consultant, a line-itemed quotation, and a single site engineer from line one to handover.

Leads the architectural practice. On the plans, on the sites, on the quotation line-items. Founder, 2017.

Head of Projects

Runs the site-engineer pool, the milestone schedules, and the day-to-day on every active project. With Arsa since 2019.

Senior Site Engineer | Baramati belt

MIDC and Kasba Peth projects, Baramati and the surrounding villages. 7 years on tools, 4 years on Arsa sites.

Senior Site Engineer | Pune metro

Kharadi, Hinjewadi, Magarpatta, Baner, Kothrud, Wakad, PCMC. Structural coordination and the premium-villa brief.

MIDC & Industrial Lead

PEB, RCC, and the MIDC building-permission regime. Baramati, Kurkumbh, Chakan, Talegaon.

Interiors & Modular

Modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, the finish spec. Coordinates with the architectural drawings from day one.

Quotation & Contracts

The line-itemed quotation, the milestone schedule, the contract, the delay-penalty clause. Your first phone call, before site visit.

Accounts & Compliance

Arsa Construction is founded in Baramati by an architect-builder. First brief: a 1,200 sqft primary home in MIDC.
2019
First Pune metro brief
First project outside Baramati: a 2,200 sqft G+1 in Kharadi, near EON IT Park. The beginning of the Pune metro practice.
2020
Baramati MIDC practice
First PEB warehouse in Baramati MIDC. The MIDC practice becomes a separate workstream within the firm.
2022
Build Desk launches

What we won't do

Four principles, in writing.

We don't win every brief

We turn down briefs that don't fit our model - too far, too small, or with a finish spec we can't honour. We'd rather lose the work than lose the trust.

The quotation is line-itemed

Every brand named. Every quantity stated. The contract is a fixed-price quotation, not an estimate. The saving is in the bulk pricing, not in the substitutions.

One site engineer per project

Your project has one site engineer, named in the contract, with their mobile number. They run the site, coordinate the trades, and update you weekly.

We don't take commissions on materials

The bulk material discount is yours, not ours. We don't take a commission from the cement or steel supplier. The quotation is the quotation.
