Information, not advice
Guides, news explainers and calculator outputs on this site are general information for homeowners in Pune and western Maharashtra. They summarise publicly available rules and our own experience, but they are not legal, survey, architectural or engineering advice for your specific plot. Revenue rules, circle rates and portal behaviour change; before you act on anything, verify with the relevant authority (talathi, PMC/PCMC/PMRDA, MahaRERA, IGRS) or a qualified professional.
Rates and estimates
Per-sqft bands, cost calculators and material prices shown here are indicative planning figures with a stated methodology and review date (see our methodology page). They are not quotations. A price only becomes binding on us when it appears in a written, signed line-item quotation or construction agreement.
Enquiries and content you send
When you send us a drawing, plot details or photos, you grant us permission to use them solely to assess and respond to your enquiry or project. You keep ownership of your material; we do not publish client plans, addresses or photos without written consent.
Our content
The writing, design, tools and images on arsahomes.in belong to Arsa Construction or their credited sources. You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link; you may not republish whole guides or scrape our calculators for a competing site.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent calculator outputs as official records. Official documents exist only on government portals.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on general information on this site. Our total liability arising from use of the website is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific service at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes; the version date below applies. Existing construction agreements are unaffected by changes to these website terms.
