Why this feed exists

Most homeowners don't know what's changed.

The Government of Maharashtra publishes hundreds of circulars, GRs, and orders every month. Most of them don't make the news. Some - a new FSI rule, a MahaRERA order, a stamp duty change - have an immediate impact on your construction budget or timeline.

We read every relevant circular, identify what changed for a homeowner, and post a plain-English rewrite here. Where a rule is open to interpretation, we say so and link to the actual order.
