What we do on site
Daily or weekly site visits, milestone signoffs (plinth, slab, brickwork, plaster, finish), material verification against the bill, photograph records shared with you, and a written site report every visit. We flag deviations, recommend corrections, and keep the contractor accountable.

Because your contractor's site engineer is not your agent - they are the contractor's employee. A third-party supervisor works for you. We have stepped in on multiple projects where the contractor's work was off-plan, and the corrections saved the owner months of rework and lakhs in cost.

How much does site supervision cost?

Site visits + reporting: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on project size and visit frequency. We share a fixed monthly retainer after a one-time project study.
Do you coordinate with my interior designer?

Yes, we do. We review the interior plan, coordinate with the structural and electrical drawings, and supervise the interior execution. This is included in our coordination scope.
