The brief was to keep the 30-year-old neem tree at the front of the plot. We did - the plan wraps around it, the sit-out sits under it, and the morning sit-out happens in its shade. Standard finish, 8 months, on a tight 2,400 sqft plot in a mature Aundh neighbourhood.
